To enhance our IT ticket management process, we need all team members to activate their FreshService accounts. Please follow the steps below to complete your setup:
Check Your Inbox: Look for an email with the subject "ZIMWORX User Activation."

Access the Link: Open the email and click on the registration link provide ( https://zimworx-gts.myfreshworks.com).

Set Your Password: Follow the instructions to create a secure password of your choice.
