How to create freshservice account (for the tech)

First imitate the creation of a ticket(Click the blue plus sign)

Click create ticket and then the little plus sign written add new requester

Fill in the required fields ****INCLUDING DEPARTMENT****

IF DEPARTMENT IS NOT THERE LINDLY LIASE WITH THE HELPDESK ADMIN ASAP

Click create at the bottom of that page and you are done!

User will just use this link https://zimworx-gts.myfreshworks.com/ to access their account.

This is also the url you pin on the browser for the user when you create the account for them.

Default password for everyone is FR3S#123
